Today we will be reviewing the new tank by Aspire Triton 2.
Now let me start off with saying that i am a Triton Fan. I have used the Triton V1 and was very impressed by the performance. Is the performance on Triton 2 better or same? lets find it out below:

The Triton 2 is, in short an advanced version of V1. The manufacturer has made small tweaks here and there came up with V2. The best thing in this version is, you can easily dismantle the entire tank which was not very much possible in the earlier version.
The build quality is top notch. The tolerances are tight and fit all the parts in a very nice and professional manner. In this version, you will miss your small airflow control under your drip-tip. Seems like company thought of removing them. Anyways, they were not very helpful at least for me 🙂
I got this tank today, so far, i did not feel any spit-backs, leakages or wicking issues. Though i do miss the pop-out way of removing top cap to fill liquids. In this version, you would need to screw/unscew the top cap instead of just pulling it out.
The actual size of Triton 2 is smaller than the previous version. Though the liquid capacity is still the same. The Clapton coil initially was reading at 0.53 ohms but after few hours it was showing 0.51. I guess it will come down till 0.5 which is as per the specifications. Please note that this Clapton coil needs 4 to 5 tanks of juice to be vaped before the coil breaks-in properly. The flavor and vapor production post that would be huge.
I have noticed one more thing which is, the drags are tighter on Triton 2 as compared to earlier version. it does not feel like vaping on a huge metal rod. The heat sinks on the other hand are also very effective. Even though I am vaping Clapton coils at 55W, the drip-tip is still not as hot as it used to get on V1.
To conclude, Triton 2 is indeed a great tank which chucks out lots of flavor and tons of vapors. Clapton coil definitely adds an advantage. The drags are pretty much tighter and it wont feel like taking a draw on a long bamboo stick which was in the case with V1. I really don’t see any disadvantage of having this tank. The build quality and the size does makes it compact little powerful atty. I will surely recommend this if you are a flavor lover and cloud chaser.
